Damaged or broken items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, which may include shipping instructions to return the item.
HAVEN reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
