Getting your order ready:
Most orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery:
We offer standard shipping on all online orders. Delivery times usually take 3–7 business days for domestic addresses, so your new finds arrive quickly and safely.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping: $12 CAD on orders under $125
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $125 CAD and over — our treat!
- Local Pickup: Prefer to shop in person? Select local pickup at checkout and your order will be ready within 24 hours. We'll send you a notification as soon as it's good to go.
Tracking your package:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
If something goes wrong:
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t make it to you, please reach out to us right away. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund—whatever makes it right.
