We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with your original receipt.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Custom orders are final sale.
  • We offer store credit or exchanges only—cash or card refunds are not available.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or broken items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, which may include shipping instructions to return the item.
